Meet the Staff

Barbie has had a passion for animals her entire life. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology from Indiana University in 2011, and moved to NoVA with her husband shortly after. After working at local vet clinics and doggie daycares, and managing another Alexandria dog walking company for two years, she decided to start her own business. Barbie has 2 children, Howie (5) and Maggie (3), and three rescue pets that occupy most of her free time.

Joe has been around dogs his entire life, and he is currently the proud owner of two Shetland Sheepdogs. After working for years in various corporate settings, Joe wanted to do something different and chose to pursue an occupation more in line with his interests.
